Total Station Nikon NPL 352 The Pulse Laser Station NPL-302 Series The Pulse Laser, Total Station NPL-302 Series offers three models, Total Staton Nikon NPL-362, NPL-352, and NPL-332. Total Staton Nikon NPL-302 Series include excellent measurement performance and extreme long battery life. The instruments also include powerful onboard software that remains very easy-to-use and easy-to-learn. With the introduction of a graphical LCD display the menu selections and data entry has become even simpler, resulting in increased productivity in the field. Nikon Pulse Laser Stations are equipped with the unique coaxial focusing system reflectorless EDM. Otherwise inaccessible points can now be surveyed reliable and accurate due to Nikon' s unique reflectorless EDM technology. This system focuses the laser on the object that is to be measured. The focusing of the laser beam on the object assures greater accuracy, especially when the measurement beam is oblique to the target surface. The focusing system also automatically reduces the risk of erroneous measurements caused by passing object such as e.g. cars, persons or the leaves of trees or bushes that interrupt the line of sight. Through this unique technology the NPL-302 Series pulse laser station offers superb reliability in reflectorless measurements. The size of the laser beam can be examined as the diameter of the laser beam is etched into the reticle. Measurement performance The Pulse Laser Station NPL-302 Series offer a distance measurement accuracy of up to ± ( 3 + 2 ppm x D) mm to prisms. The NPL-362/ 352 includes a dual-axis compensator. Total Station NPL-302 will measure reflectorless to white targets at up to 210 m. Even offering these long range reflectorless measurements they still are equipped with a Class 1 laser. Superb Nikon optics Featuring Nikon' s world-renowned optics, the telescope ensures bright and sharp images in all conditions. Large internal memory Total Station NPL-302 Series instruments feature a large internal memory. Up to 10, 000 records can be stored. A maximum of 32 jobs can be created to manage the data. Powerful and practical new on-board programs The software onboard the NPL-302 Series offer the same software as on the Total Station DTM-502 Series. This software includes an extensive range of surveying functions. By use of the graphic LCD the already well-known software from the predecessors ( NPL-350) has been improved to offer an even easier and faster operation. The new keyboard design offers direct access to a wide range of measurement functions without the need to go through many nested menus. A wide range of convenient alphanumeric code input methods are available for increased field productivity. Extreme long battery life On a single battery the NPL-302 will operate for 27 hours when measuring distances every 30 seconds. Non-stop distance measurements will continue for 16 hours with a fully charged onboard battery. Waterproof construction Having a very compact and lightweight design of just 5.5 kg and a waterproof construction up to the IPx6 level, both units are extremely tough and ideal for use on the construction site.
